It is ALL about GOD  not about me

Friday, November 27, 2009

When God calls you into a new endeavor you will find that God will anoint you in areas you considered your weakest traits. God turns shepherds like Moses into leaders of nations. He turns farmers like Gideon into reformers. He turns impetuous and unstable personalities like Peter into leaders that can transform a culture and lead a movement.
Whenever God does a new thing in a life, those who knew them before notice the change. Quiet people become bold. Poor speakers learn to become great communicators. Those who were never leaders before become the new leaders. This is the way of God.
When God looks at an individual, He looks at their future, not their past. He is always looking at the person He has created you to become, not the person you are now. When Samuel anointed the young shepherd boy, David, to be the next king of Israel, it would be years before this would happen. However, God already knew who he was to become.
How does God view your life? What is the destiny He has chosen you to fulfill?

what do you see?

I read a book title "What is Money " in the library today
the author  explain the moment of shares price with the picture on the left.   a boy walking up hill with a yoyo.
if we focus on the day to day price moment it is like we are looking at the yoyo up and down, up and down and we get upset when the price of the share goes down for the day. we miss seeing that though the yoyo is going up and down the boy is still constantly going uphill.

How often in our walk we focus on the daily yoyo swing but focusing on the daily problem and issue ,thus losing focus on God .

 Prayer
Dear God, So many things just look impossible. Sometimes I wonder how I will make it through this journey or how will we survive ? But, when I stop concentrating on the problem and look to You and Your promises, I am relieved. For I know that all things are possible through You. You are in control and will make all things work to the good for those who love You. Thank You for those promises and for the "breath of fresh air" I feel in knowing You are here with me, for me, and in me through Your Holy Spirit. In Yeshuah' name, amen.

picking fruits

"So I gave you a land on which you did not toil and cities you did not build; and you live in them and eat from vineyards and olive groves that you did not plant"
(Josh 24:13).

When something unusual happens in our daily life experience it is a time to tune in to your spiritual antennae. God is often at work. So, I prayed, "Lord, what are you saying through this?" The answer came quickly: "I have called you to walk a specific path. I will bring the fruit to you. All you will have to do is pick it up and stay on my path for you. That is what it means to abide in Me."

The people of Israel conquered the Promised Land as a result of obedience, not sweat, toil, or natural talent. In our work life call, He desires to give us fruit from our calling when we fulfill the unique purpose for which God made us.

Relook - Anti Christ in Bible

With the arrival of the printing press in the 15th century and the resulting explosion of Bibles accessible in the common language from Protestant sources, it became readily apparent to those who could now study the prophecies of Daniel and Revelation in particular, that Bible prophecy identified by symbols a persecuting apostate entity generally known as antichrist.

1.) It will rise to be a great power after the fall of the pagan Roman Empire (after 476 A.D.).
See table next page.
2.) It will be a geographically small nation (a little horn).
3.) It would uproot three of the ten kingdoms the Roman Empire collapsed into.
4.) It will rule over many people, nations, and tongues (it will be universal).
5.) It will be headquartered in the city of seven hills, Rome.
6.) It will be a religio-political entity - a political city-state ruled by a priest-king.
7.) Its priest-king will make great and blasphemous claims.
8.) It will claim authority over all kings.
9.) It will claim its power to change the holy times and laws of God as its mark of authority.
10.) It will be an apostate church that makes the nations drink her cup of apostate doctrine.
11.) It will be a “mother” church, with apostate daughters coming from her.
12.) It will be a persecuting power, killing the faithful saints of Jesus Christ as heretics.
13.) It will hold power and authority for 1260 years following the fall of pagan Rome.
14.) It will suffer a deadly wound that will end 1260 years of dominance and persecution.
15.) It will be revived after the deadly wound, and all the world would wonder at its revival.

the tune of song of turn3 ringing  in mind and i read Ecclesiastes 3

I know the best thing we can do is to always enjoy life,
because God's gift to us is the happiness we get from our food and drink and from the work we do.
Everything God has done will last forever; nothing he does can ever be changed. God has done all this, so that we will worship him.

(Ecc 3:12-14)

He is exalted, The King is exalted on high
I will praise him
He is exalted forever exalted
And I will praise His name

He is the Lord, Forever His truth shall reign
Heaven and earth rejoice in His Holy name
He is exalted, the King exalted on high
