after casting away the gifts to break bondage got a scary feeling in my sleep
next day dream of old man with dark skin,
felt a strong spiritual connection with the disposing of the gift

tiring and painful week  becos of a scum / predator

... lie down at 3 plus toss and turn till 4 woke up at 6plus
many things goes thru the mind......

what a week 2-3 Dec attend Rabbi teaching
4th Dec mentor session in the afternoon
and watch movie
