A Story of Baby Sparrow

A little sparrow fell from the nest into a garden, panicking and chirping very loudly running around the bushes. The lady owner over heard the sound and pick it up and kept it in the house.

The anxious mother sparrow came looking for the baby bird, so the owner of the house allow the baby sparrow to roam the backyard, the mummy sparrow led it to fly once but it fail trying to fly out and fell into the drain . so the owner of the house scoop it out from the drain, clean it up.

After the incident the baby sparrow was fed with tasty bird food and it did not have any intention to learn to fly anymore, was it the good food or the failed attempt to fly ?

All the while the mother sparrow was still hanging around the house, anxiously watching over the baby sparrow. With the arrival of another baby bird, the baby sparrow now found a companion to curdle with the whole day. What will happen to this baby sparrow? Will it enjoy the comfortable life it have so much and forsake flying away, to be free to roam in the sky. Indeed to be in the open means times without food, times of danger of being hunted by bigger predator, but this are part and parcel of being a bird, free, life at the fullest as a bird.

Will fear and comfort hinder us from what we are called to be? to live life to the fullest......
